Participating sales agencies represent Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO and PFFS organizations and stand-alone PDP prescription drug plans that are contracted with Medicare. Enrollment in the described plan type may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

Medicare supplement insurance is available to those age 65 or older enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, and in some states to those under age 65 eligible to Medicare due to disability or end stage renal disease.
